Assignments
Work will be collected regularly and reviewed, but not all assignments will be graded. Assignments that are not graded will be reviewed in class. Students are responsible for the material whether it is graded or not.
Cheating/Plagiarism
Cheating and/or plagiarism will not be tolerated and will result in an automatic grade of zero. This includes copying homework, classwork, test answers, talking during a test or quiz, allowing someone to copy your work, and trying to pass off someone else’s work as your own.

Homework Policy
Homework is assigned on most days of the week. Tasks may include independent reading, handouts, and projects. Homework is intended to provide additional practice with skills previously covered in class. Homework completion is essential and 10 points will be deducted for each day that homework is late. No homework will be accepted after 3 days. Students will be expected to document each night’s homework in their agendas/notebooks. In the event of an absence, students should refer to my website and/or call a reliable friend to find out what was missed in class. If a student is absent more than two consecutive days from class, I encourage parents to contact me via email to request to pick up missed assignments.
